Randy’s expertise is in developing strategic partnerships with music artists, filmmakers, movie studios, music labels, TV and cable networks.
Over the past twelve years, Randy has immersed himself in the world of the Internet as it relates to entertainment. From the very early beginnings of online advertising when the largest companies in the world predicted the Internet would crumble and fade away, Randy became an outspoken proponent of advertising on the Internet for media companies, speaking at global events such as the Cannes Film Festival, the Tribeca Film Festival and the Sundance Film Festival.
Randy has over twenty years experience in entertainment, media and technology. For the past seven years, he was Senior VP of Online Marketing for Universal Pictures, where he was responsible for the online marketing of box office hits such as Gladiator, The Grinch, Jurassic Park 3, Meet The Parents, Erin Brokovich, Fast and the Furious, Ray, King Kong and dozens of others. He also pioneered Universal’s online marketing relationships with Microsoft, Yahoo! and MySpace, developing numerous “industry firsts” in regards to the use of the Internet for marketing and brand awareness, including the use of rich media and online streaming of trailers in ads, which have since become the industry norm.
Prior to Universal Studios, Randy was Executive VP and General Manager of K-Tel Records, where he managed its online activities and oversaw its online music library and distribtuion agreements with Microsoft, Yahoo! and AOL. Before joining K-Tel, he held executive positions at Wherehouse Entertainment, where he oversaw the company’s marketing and retail operations.

Bob brings to That’s It! over 28 years of experience in structuring, operating and advising businesses. He is responsible for the overall business operations of the company.
Bob’s career started as an attorney immersed in the entertainment industry working with film studios, record labels, recording artists, entertainers as well as their representatives and business management firms. Besides entertainment, as an attorney, he has also practice in the areas of real estate, finance, business and business management.
Bob has owned and operated a variety of different types of companies in industries such as sports entertainment, electronics, printing, real estate development and construction. He has also built or reconstructed over 10,000 homes, condominiums, apartments, and commercial buildings over the past 26 years.
